The concept of "Home Staging" appeared in the 1970s, during the real estate crisis in the United States.

As an effective real estate marketing tool, Home Staging involves preparing and showcasing homes for faster and more profitable sale or rental.

At Paris Staging, we exclusively favor real Home Staging without work. No virtual 3D.
Our action consists of preparing and promoting each accommodation for sale or furnished rental more quickly, with complete peace of mind and at the best price, in Paris and Ile-de-France.

Our purpose

At Paris Staging, our work allows 80% of visitors to project themselves and trigger this crush which generally leads to one or more offers. We negotiate less the price when we fall in love with the deal for fear that the deal will get out of hand.
